Freetech Maintenance Technology Research centre is a professional and active research institute in Hot-in-Place recycling technology in China. It designs and develops various maintenance solutions such as solution to fix severe rutting defects, bridge head bumping etc. Furthermore it has jointly established a Joint Road Recycling Engineering Research Centre with Tongji University. In 2009, with the authorization by Jiangsu Science and Technology Department and Jiangsu Financial Department, Freetech established the Jiangsu Asphalt Pavement Hot-in-Place Recycling Engineering Technology Research Centre.
